This charming 4-bedroom, 2-bath split-level home is perfect for your getaway. Located in a quiet half cul-de-sac, it's right across from a park with a playground, basketball courts, and plenty of open space for games and fun with family and friends. You're just a short drive from great restaurants, shopping, bars, and more!
LIVING SPACE:
Inside, the home features central AC and everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. The upper level includes a cozy living room with a large Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen. You'll find two bedrooms upstairs: the master bedroom with a plush King bed and Smart TV, and a second bedroom with a Queen bed, both conveniently located near a full bathroom.
On the lower level, you'll discover two more bedrooms. One has a Queen bed and Smart TV, while the other offers two Twin beds, connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The second living area downstairs is perfect for relaxation, complete with a large comfy sectional, 65" Smart TV, games/toys, and even a foosball table for friendly competition. Plus, there's a full size washer and dryer, so you can pack light!
Head outside to enjoy the spacious backyard and beautiful Colorado weather, complete with something for everyone! The deck offers a propane grill and firepit, outdoor sectional and mounted TV. Additionally, there is a trampoline for the kids (please monitor children at all times)
