This one-of-a-kind home is great if you're traveling with family and friends, for work, or looking for a place to host and event. This home has everything you want: hot tub, game room, climbing wall, stream, mountain views, acres to roam and play.

This beautiful Colorado home boasts incredible views of the Front Range and Pikes Peak, a beautiful 5 acre property and incredible amenities! Even though the home is on 5 acres, it is just minutes north of everything Colorado Springs has to offer. Only 5 minutes from the Air Force Academy. Just 5 minutes from the interstate (I-25), you will find commuting to local attractions simple and quick.

**Additional cost for bigger events, like family reunions etc. Must receive permission to host events**

The home has 3 king beds, 2 queen beds (1 is a couch pull out), and 4 twin beds.

On the main level you will find the great room with vaulted ceilings and large windows to view Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains. The large kitchen is stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need during your stay. The main level has two bedrooms and one full bath.

Upstairs is the Master suite, complete with a large soaker tub.

The basement has one bedroom, a full bath, laundry room and living room. Here you will also find the climbing wall!

Also on the main level you have a large bonus room which could be used as a family suite or a bunk room for the kids with its own full bath!

In the large, heated and air conditioned, 4-car garage you will find a moveable pickleball net, ping pong table, foosball, air-hockey, outdoor games, bikes and more!

The huge back patio is the perfect place to host an event or enjoy the quiet of Colorado's evenings. Sit and relax in the hot tub, swim and play in the swim spa, play a game of corn hole, pickleball or roast marshmallows on the beautiful patio that looks out on the property.

The back edge of the property is bounded by a seasonal stream that feels like your own oasis in the high desert. You'll feel miles from nowhere but you're minutes from everything.

We had so much fun at this place! House was very well stocked with everything we needed ( except for a shortage of forks which we remedied with a trip to Goodwill) Beds were super comfortable and all the amenities provided made for some pretty memorable Pickleball and Corn Hole family grudge matches. Tons to do in the area with hiking, site seeing, museums, parks etc. our favorites were Garden of the Gods, Cog train to summit of Pikes Peak and Rita the Rock Planter (Dambo Troll) in Victor. Great experience that I’ve already recommended to several family members and friends

This is a great place to stay! There was plenty of room and a great view of the mountains. The kids, young and old enjoyed all of the games in the garage and relaxing on the patio. There was even extra propane bottles if the grills or the fire it ran out! Plenty of towels and even seasonings in the kitchen for cooking. Amy, the host, was great at responding to let us now particulars about the house.

The house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The hot-tub and lap pool also offerred great end of day options for relaxation. Amy was very responsive before and during our stay. All-in-all a great VRBO experience.

We enjoyed our stay at large home and acreage. Check in was so easy and the house was spotless. Large family gathering

We enjoyed this home for our family Thanksgiving get together. Beautiful view of the mountains and even had some snow to make everything pretty. Plenty of space for our 10 adults and 4 kids. Kids enjoyed all the spaces. Close to everything we needed. Would stay again!

It is a wonderful home. Very spacious and more than enough for 14 people. There are many attractions near by as well as grocery shopping. Costco is 12 minutes away. We had a lovely time while it was snowing

This house is amazing! It has everything - big kitchen, basement with games and a rock wall, upstairs private master with big beautiful bathroom, swimspa AND hot tub, two firepits, two grills, games in garage, bikes for adults and kids, and so much more. We had the best time and the owner is so kind and offers great communication! We are definitely renting this one again! GREAT for families!

Great house; great location

This was a great place for our family group (6 adults, 5 kids). The kids enjoyed the "bunk room," the garage with ride on toys, ping pong, foosball, bikes and outdoor basketball hoop. Along with sightseeing in the area, we sat by the firepit and relaxed in the hot tub. This house is great for family groups - lots of space for everyone. Our youngest asked if we could come back again (to this house)! We had a wonderful time!
