The Space:

The home sits on the property with a steep driveway that showcases a beautiful view of the mountains. The home is an open-concept light and airy floor plan, a new built with upgrades in 2021, providing the comforts of a luxury vacation experience.
Living room: The main living room is an open-concept floor plan featuring a cozy sectional with lounger and large wall-mounted Smart TV, streaming, Netflix
Dining room: Dining space is open to the living room and kitchen, looks out to the pool
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with center island and stools, stocked with coffee, microwave, oven, rice maker, toaster, blender, and other cooking and dining provisions
Bedroom 1: This primary bedroom features a queen bed, closet with hangers and storage, private from the other bedrooms with its own bathroom featuring a double vanity and walk-in tiled shower
Bedroom 2: This bedroom offers a queen bed and an adjacent bathroom in the hallway shared with the other 2 bedrooms, large vanity and a combination bathtub/shower
Bedroom 3: This bedroom offers a queen been, with hallway access to the shared bathroom
Bedroom 4: This bedroom features a twin over double bunk beds, a double size trundle bed, and access to the hallway shared bathroom
Backyard: The private fenced backyard features a custom built in-ground pool with a waterfall, large hot-tub grill, lounge seating area, covered outdoor patio, outdoor Smart TV, and a large space for children and dogs to play.
Amenities: Laundry room with washer and dryer, internet, Smart TV in each bedroom, streaming, Netflix
Parking: Secured parking for two vehicles in the garage. Parking is also available on the side of the house inside the gate and in driveway.
You will have access to the entire home including the garage.
Extra wide driveway allows for parking boats or trailers -- PLEASE NOTE: The driveway is steep. There is a $25/day extra charge to hook up RV’s for electricity and water.

*Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 7 am.
*This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately or you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
SECURITY CAMERAS
*There are security cameras located outside of the property: the front entrance has a ring camera, backyard surveillance of patio, pool and pool equipment. There is camera on the side yard with motion sensor. There are no cameras inside of the home.
*The purpose of these cameras is for liability reasons and to prevent parties and misuse of the pool or tampering with equipment. The rental agreement is immediately terminated without a refund if any security camera is tampered with.
PET FRIENDLY
A pet must be authorized to be on the property. The fee is $25/ per pet, per stay plus $250 refundable deposit.
A violation for a non-authorized pet is a $200 fine per pet. Please include your pet on the reservation to avoid this fee.
** Please note: If a pet is approved to be on the property we ask kindly that you please clean up after your pet. **
SMOKING AND VAPING
*Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home. You are welcome to smoke outside with the home’s windows and doors closed.
POOL AND SPA
*DO NOT CLIMB ON THE STONE WALL OR USE AS A DIVING PLATFORM – THE POOL HAS BUILT-IN STEPS AND IS NOT DEEP OR SAFE FOR DIVING
*Pool cleaner comes 1x a week (Friday) through the side gate to clean the pool, which takes a few minutes and they will not interrupt your stay.
*No glass or food in or around the pool. If the pool needs to be drained as a result of this violation it will be at the expense of the guest.
*Do not touch the pool/spa equipment. A violation will result in a minimum $100 fine for the pool company to re-set or repair the equipment.
HEATING POOL AND SPA
*Heating the pool and spa will require a credit card authorization form and payment charged will go directly to the propane company. Host will provide you with a break down of the propane reading before and after your stay.
*You will be responsible for paying for the propane usage to heat the pool or spa. The pool & spa is the only thing on propane at this property.
*Provide advance notice for the pool to be heated prior to arrival, it can take up to 8-hours to heat the pool to the desired temperature. Spa heats in an hour so advanced notice is not needed.
*Please note: Pool and Spa cannot be heated at the same time. It is all on one system and switches modes for heating. **
*The cost of heating the pool cannot be estimated since many factors are involved, such as outdoor temperature, length of time pool is heated, and pool temperature, etc. Best estimate is $185/day . Hot tub heating only - $50 a day
(Advance notice not needed since hot tub will heat within 45 minutes. )
*WINTER MONTHS (November - April) heated pool may be desired
*SUMMER MONTHS (May – October) heated pool likely not needed
DEPOSITS AND STAYS
*A deposit of $250-$1000 may be requested for bookings during spring break, holidays, etc
*Any stay over 30-days requires a separate signed rental agreement.
*For items left behind, a $10 service charge is added to the shipping charge.
