4 Bedroom 2.5 bath home features amazing views of the lake, deep water, long pier with a boat lift, perfect sized pool with tanning deck (kids love it too) and optional pool heat. Updated interior including 2 living rooms and a very large screened patio overlooking the lake, pool and hot tub! Three bedrooms feature queen beds and the fourth bedroom features four twins (not bunks) with ample room leftover. Bedroom four is also on its own hvac system.

Picture perfect view with pool

Beautiful property. The location on the lake along with the pool overlooking the lake, was just perfect. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Mike was quick with communicating before, during, and after.

Just Spectacular

This is such a great lake home for families and being dog friendly fits what we were looking for! Wonderful neighborhood right on the lake. The home was perfect for our family of 5 with more than enough space. Mike had the check in process perfected and having some cheat sheets throughout the house was helpful. The interior was charmingly decorated with alot of up to date appliances and furnishings. The screen room was a bonus to watch the kids swimming later in the evening. The lake was just amazing, i highly recommend renting a pontoon and exploring it (we used Better Boating in Irmo, great company) Chapin nearby had all we needed for supplies and even some great eats like Farm Boys and Barts Coffee. Columbia was right down the highway for some sampling of the Soda City. We would highly recommend renting Mike's home to anyone looking to just live the lake life!!

Perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet, summer fun and mayhem!

The home was immaculate, the stocks of stuff (Cleaning supplies, towels, kitchen implements, etc) .more than enough. I surely plan on coming back next summer. My grandkids really enjoyed the pool....they are all non-swimmers, but we brought floats for them age appropriate. We had so much fun! I enjoyed the peace and quiet in the morning. Great home, great host. Can't go wrong here.
