Ferienhaus in Neßmersiel am Nordseestrand

Cozy and well-equipped holiday home in Neßmersiel in North Sea region in a holiday complex, with its own garden and beautiful terrace, where you can organize great barbecues. This semi-detached house was completely renovated in 2021.

Shops, bakeries and restaurants can be reached quickly on foot from your holiday home. It is only 2 km to the North Sea beach, from here you can also take a trip to one of the East Frisian islands. The indoor play park "Sturmfrei" houses the North German "Schietwedder" and is great fun. Neßmersiel is a good starting point for all kinds of holiday activities because it is so "central" in East Frisia.

The house offers a new bathroom, a new guest toilet, new tiles in the living area, new floors (laminate) on the upper floor (bedrooms). All doors have been renewed (white), new furniture in the bedrooms (white) and new garden house + 4 bicycles. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Details: WiFi4 bicycles.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Zu dieser Zeit war auch nicht so viel Betrieb, so dass es eine ruhige und erholsame Zeit war. Wir würden dieses Haus auch gerne noch mal buchen.

Familienurlaub

Wir hatten unseren ersten Familienurlaub in dieser Unterkunft. Das Ferienhaus war sauber und ordentlich und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Küche könnte moderner und größer sein, aber für den einwöchigen Aufenthalt vollkommen okay. Für Aktivitäten stehen 4 Fahrräder zur kostenfreien Nutzung zur Verfügung. Der Hafen und Strand sind 12 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt. In der Nähe der Unterkunft befindet sich auch ein Kinderspielplatz und ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäckerei. Für uns war der Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr schön und wir waren zufrieden.

Optimale Unterkunft für eine 4-Köpfige Familie

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Auch eine normale und eine Senseo-Kaffeepad-Maschine sind vorhanden. Ein kleiner Geschirrspüler und oben im Bad sich eine Waschmaschine. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und mit zwei Ledercouchen und einem -Sessel ausgestattet. Außerdem ein großer Fernseher. Da wir leider schlechtes Wetter mit viel Regen hatten, konnten wir die Fahrräder nicht testen, aber im Sommer ist das bestimmt toll. Alles in Allem waren wir begeistert von dem kleinen Häuschen und können es empfehlen. Kleiner Tip am Rande: Besuchen Sie die „Taverna“ in Hage, wenn sie super italienisch Essen wollen ;-)

Tolles Haus

in einer Feriensiedlung, daher ist der Edeka (300 m) im Winter nicht geöffnet und die Brötchen gibt es nicht um die Ecke. Alles andere war einfach positiv: sehr schönes Haus mit einer hochwertigen und umfangreichen Einrichtung (Möbel, Geschirr, Filter- und Padmaschine, Eierkocher usw.) und sehr schöner liebevoller Dekoration. Wenn man mit Kindern reist, ist eine Waschmaschine da und was man zum Trocknen und Bügeln braucht. Piccobello sauber. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - danke!
