About this property

Detached modern vacation home with large garden near the dyke!

Welcome to our lovingly renovated holiday home, “Nina”!
Recharge in the fresh air and unwind in nature!
Our holiday home features high-quality amenities. It is a detached 85-square-meter house on a 388-square-meter lot.
With two very cosy bedrooms, it accommodates up to 4 people. Additionally, there is a guest room with a sleeper sofa available. You can use this room as an extra TV room, a children’s room, or as additional sleeping space for up to 2 people.
A spacious bathroom with a wheelchair-accessible shower is located on the ground floor. A guest bathroom is on the ground floor. The living-dining area has been newly furnished and is very cosy.
For children, a travel cot, a high chair, sand toys, games, and books are available. In addition, the guest room upstairs can be secured with a stair gate. A bicycle and an electric grill are available in the garden shed.
There is parking space for one car on the property!
You’ll find restaurants, a supermarket, and a bakery in the immediate vicinity.
There’s also a kite-flying field and playgrounds. Bicycles are also available for rent.
The beach in Neßmersiel has a lovely playground and a new water play area with a whale-shaped climbing frame.
From Neßmersiel, you can go on a canoe trip, take a mudflat hike, or enjoy a day trip to the island of Baltrum.

Kurzurlaub in Neßmarsiel

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind zum verlängertem Wochenende im Haus Nina, es war alles sehr ordentlich und die Küche neu modern eingerichtet. Es war zum Kochen alles vorhanden und wir waren alle gut zufrieden.Lage und Umgebung habe ich nur drei Sterne gegeben, aber das beruht auf unserem Empfinden. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Spielplatz in der Nähe und im kleinen Supermarkt im Ort bekommt man alles für den täglichen Bedarf bei netter Bedienung. Die Brötchen sind auch sehr lecker ...

Tolles familienfreundliches Haus

Wir (Familie mit 4 Kindern im Alter von 8, 7, 3 und 1 Jahr) haben uns in dem Ferienhaus in Neßmersiel rundum wohlgefühlt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet – auch für kleine Kinder. Besonders positiv fanden wir die Familienfreundlichkeit: viel Platz, kindgerechte Ausstattung und eine ruhige Lage, perfekt zum Entspannen. Ein toller Ort für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rundum perfekt

Ein sehr schöner gut gelegener Urlaubsort.In der Umgebung ist alles vorhanden.Es sind kurze Wege zum Einkaufen und Restaurants.Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts.Auch die Hausverwaltung ist immer ansprechbar und kümmert sich sofort.

Sauber und top ausgestattet

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im „Haus Nina“. Besonders die Sauberkeit, sowie die hervorragende Ausstattung des Hauses (besonders in der Küche und für Kleinkinder) haben uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Lage ist ruhig. Kommunikation war einfach und wurde schnell umgesetzt. Einziges Manko war die Dusche, die entweder heiß oder kalt war. Aber dies wurde hoffentlich durch den Handwerker behoben. Immer wieder gerne. PS: Vielleicht kann man eine größere Restabfalltonne bestellen, da diese bereits überquillt und der Müll in die anderen Tonnen gesteckt wurde?!

Wundervoller Kurzurlaub

Wir haben unseren 4-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir haben eine sehr saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft vorgefunden mit vielen kleinen Extras, wie z.B. Spielzeug für die Kleinen, alles liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Alles schön gemacht und durchdacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hervorragendes Ferienhaus

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich nur wünschen kann. Egal ob Grill, Küchenutensilien oder Lesestoff. Für Kinder sind Spiele, Spiel und Malsachen vorhanden. Die Lage ist super. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und kommen gern wieder. Auch eine Weiterempfehlung bei Freunden ist schon erolgt.
