We had a wonderful stay at this beach front VRBO! The condo was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing last minute vacation with our little grandbabies. This place was amazing! Huge space, very clean, great oceanfront views, and nice community! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and even some extras we didn’t realize we needed from extra garbage bags to cooking spray! Pool area was nice and large open beach. This time of year was great and not crowded with beautiful weather. Brewery and restaurants in walking distance too

We’ve stayed at Kingston Plantation for years and have rented in Margate Tower before. Loved, loved, loved this condo! Beautiful oceanfront condo, so comfortable, lots of room and everything we needed for meals. Would stay again!

This was our second time staying on this property. It has been excellent both times. There is loads of space and the kitchen is fully stocked. Larry is always accomodating and quick to respond to questions. We will be back!

The space is huge!!! The pictures don’t do it justice. The property is very well maintained and all public space areas are very clean. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and we saw dolphins right in front of our room on the first morning. The host has everything so well stocked including spices, cooking oil, laundry soap, toilet paper, garbage bags. I loved that they even had a huge supply of ice packs in the freezer! The beds were very comfortable and all of the bedding including pillows and blankets were so cozy! The aesthetics of the condo itself are beautiful! The colors, furniture and artwork are wonderful. You can rent chairs and umbrellas as well right on the beach which are set up each morning and ready for your arrival. There is no handicap accessible area to the beach that we saw, be prepared to walk all some stairs. The beach is private and therefore not crowded at all. Finding seashells was plentiful and we never saw a jellyfish or shark during our stay. We felt very safe and all of the resort staff were friendly and helpful. I can not say enough to do this spot justice! We hope to book again next year!!!
