Welcome to 7 Turns Lake House!  A wonderful retreat for families to enjoy a cozy home with amenities like home and plenty of space for everyone.  7 Turns Lake House is just a few minutes from the water of Lake Texoma.  Down at the water you will find sandy beach area and boat ramp, and the islands just in the distance.  It's a great place to swim, fish, boat and more!  
With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this home has sleeping arrangements for 7, including 4 beds.  The home is fully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and serving.
7 Turns Lake Home is situated on a lot that has ample parking for boats, water toys and vehicles.  Located on the side of the homes is a charcoal grill, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, large wooden deck on the back.  The front porch is perfect for sitting on the rocking chairs in the mornings and enjoying the quietness all around.

Indoor Living: 4 Smart TVs equipped with Amazon Firesticks with Hulu, Amazon Prime and HBO Plus.  Board games, cards and puzzles.
Outdoor living: Private yard, large covered patio out front, large wood deck out back, fire pit with adirondack chairs, access to beach and boat ramp, golf cart friendly neighborhood.
Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee station with regular coffee maker and Kcup, air fryer, crock pot, electric griddle, dishware, blender, hand mixer, flatware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, salt and pepper, olive oil spray.
General items: Central air conditioning and heat, laundry room, linens, towels, hair dryer, hangers, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap
Not included: Access to garage or owners closet. Charcoal for grill for use, but please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. No cable TV but there are apps on each TV that include Disney+, DISH, and HBO+
Parking: Large parking area for boats and trailers plus additional parking for vehicles.  Enough room for 6 vehicles
Minimum stay length: 2 nights throughout the year, 3 nights on holiday weekends.
Rules for rental:
*Minimum age of primary renter: 24 years
*Capacity: Sleeps 7 max, any over this is grounds for cancellation and removal, as well as additional charges.
*Guests must park on the driveway and NOT in the yard.
*No parties or events allowed
*No smoking allowed of any kind, inside or outside, if smoking occurs, a $500 fee will be charged for cleaning.
*No pets allowed, if pets are brought, you could be asked to leave along with a fee of $250 will be charged for cleaning.
*Children allowed with constant supervision
*No unregistered guests allowed
*No live flame or candles
*Quiet hours between 11pm and 7am
*Please do not rearrange furniture
*No illegal substances allowed on the premises, there is NO exception.  
*All windows and exterior doors must be closed and locked each time you leave the house
*Any damages can and will be charged back to guest.

*Please note there are exterior security cameras on site - Ring doorbell at front door and exterior cameras located facing boat parking, vehicle parking, front porch into yard and back corner facing back porch. Please note these do record videos and are on 24/7.
