About this property
Comfy rustic cabin 1/2 mile from Lake Texoma is ready and fully stocked for 8+!
As you wind up the driveway to Buffalo Home Cabin, you immediately get that cabin-in-the-woods cozy feeling. The wrap around porch expands your living area and gives plenty of places to enjoy nature around you. If you sit outside in the morning, a flock of turkeys may visit you as you drink your provided cup of coffee. Inside, a well equipped kitchen awaits with plenty of dishes, utensils, cooking items, spices, and serving plates to accommodate 8 people easily. The property sleeps 8 in beds with a small pull-out in the den area. Each bedroom is equipped with a sound machine, ceiling fan, a clock, and memory foam beds. Downstairs, two bedrooms with queen beds share a hallway bathroom with a separate shower and tub. The antique styling will help keep that cabin feeling. A washer and dryer are available in the downstairs bathroom along with soap for your convenience after a day at the lake. Check in the log bedroom for beach towels and toys for your use. Upstairs the family bedroom holds a king bed and two twins. The separate hallway master bathroom has a stand-alone shower and a jetted tub. For extra sleeping (at an extra charge), there is a fold out bed in the upstairs loft. The living areas are comfortably appointed with the loft offering a game table (flip the top over for poker or a puzzle) and a cozy sofa for streaming your favorite show. Going down own the log staircase, you will overlook the main living room with a gas fireplace and seating for late night conversations or napping in the comfy recliners. The farm table for 8 can handle every meal with plenty of elbow room to spare. Stepping outside in the front, you will find four porch chairs and tables to take in the trees and the noises from nature. The toads will sing you to sleep every night. More camp chairs can be added to expand the crowd. A grill on the patio is also available for use in feeding your family. Outdoor games are being added as suggested and a corn hole on the porch is just too convenient to pass up. Behind the garage is a covered area that can be enjoyed with the camp chairs if you want to be eye level with the earth. (Please be aware of poison ivy and snakes that call our property home as well. About the host
Hosted by Patty Reyna

My husband and I absolutely love our lake cabin! When we are there, we don't want to leave! We decided to share our place since we can go only limited times. It's too amazing to keep to ourselves.
Why they chose this property
I love the peace and quiet when you get up first thing in the morning. The turkeys waddle through and greet you along with the birds chirping their morning greetings. The wooded acres makes you feel like you are far out in the woods when you are actually close to many lake amenities. Lake Texoma State Park is just a short drive away and offers family nature time on the beautiful lake. There's so much to see and do and we haven't even started!
What makes this property unique
The property is unique because it feels, smells, and looks like a cabin with log trim. It's cozy yet big enough to host eight people. Coming down the stairs with the wood rail makes it feel so warm and charming. The wrap around porch extends the living area with outdoor seating and a grill for steaks on the weekend. Being secluded without being isolated is such a wonderful treat.
