You'll love sleeping in this large bedroom with a new king bed and mattress the 2nd bedroom has a comfy new queen bed with a full bed in the loft and there is a couch that turns into a bed similar to a trundle bed and is very comfortable the chase lounge lifts up and stores extra bedding and pillows..

This house is set up to be the perfect Lake House with all the decor. There is a 55" flat screen TV with ROKU where you can watch your favorite shows with your streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu ect with your own sign in credentials.

We have reliable Broadband WIFI with the highest speed you'll love for those that need to work or want to stream.

There is a full size Ping Pong table in the sunroom for you to enjoy playing. Also in the sunroom there is a dresser and inside there are many board games, cards and coloring books for the kids along with crayons. You will also boast a desk in the corner which looks out into the forest behind us. We had one guest describe when sitting at the desk she felt like she was in a tree house. We also have corn hole in the case near the back door to play outside when you're not out boating or catching fish. There is a barn we rent out as well next-door that sleeps 6 for large groups you can rent both which will then sleep 14. The barn has a pool table and a fooseball table for even more fun! There are many guided tours in the area for fishing as well as dinner cruises nearby. Just a short drive to numerous liquor stores, grocery stores and restaurants.

If you don't already have a fishing license for Lake Texoma you can pick one up at any of the marinas.

There is ample parking for vehicles and trailers in front of the house. Please don't park in the driveway as it is for the guests that stay in the barn.

Other things to note:

You have access to the gas BBQ grill and a charcoal grill to grill up some yummy steak;) or a fish fry to eat up all those fish you just caught.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dinner wear, wine glasses, iced tea glasses, juice glasses and many utensils. Whip up a yummy breakfast ot a smoothie in the blender or have yourself a toasted beagle or toast in the toaster. There is a coffee pot to brew that perfect cup and sit out on the front porch and enjoy it.
