Property was everything we were looking for.

Very nice home. Owner couldn't have been more accommodating and we felt right at home.

Un-heated Pool

We picked this property over all others because of the private heated pool in the backyard. We planned our entire vacation around just hanging out, swimming and getting some sun. I contacted the owner several times and made it clear how important the pool being heated was, even up to the day before we arrived. Sadly when we arrived the pool was 65 degrees. We contacted him several times but nothing was done to correct the issue, so we had to scramble to find other things to do, causing us to spend more money than we planned, and driving a lot further than we wanted for activities since Ft Myers was still pretty much shut down. I requested a credit due to this incident but the owner never replied.
