Newly built holiday home from 2018 near the beach of the bay of the seaside village of Magazzini. Located in the midst of olive groves, surrounded by greenery with a completely fenced garden, the house has a third bedroom with separate entrance and a fantastic view from the covered terrace which extends over the sea to the port city of Portoferraio. The slightly hilly area is characterized by olive groves and villas. Magazzini is a former fishing village and swimming opportunities. Activities nearby: Elba is not only a true paradise for water sports enthusiasts, but also highly recommended for cycling enthusiasts. In the hilly area the roads wind with fantastic panoramic views of the countless bays with crystal clear water. Highlights: 1 bottle of wine on arrival. Notes: -Electricity via solar panels. -The host comes regularly for garden maintenance-Mobility: Not suitable for people with reduced mobility
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Electricity from solar system. Landlord comes regularly to maintain the garden.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house

Stunning, modern, versatile property with spacious terrace and garden. The owners live next door, so communication (both in english and german) was easy and fast. Beautiful view across the Portoferraio bay with added sunset. Would recommend to anyone!

Die Lage war perfekt für uns - nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum schönen Spiaggia di Sansone, Der Garten war ein fantastischer Bonus, in dem unsere Kinder spielen konnten, während wir die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Terrasse genossen, Das Haus selbst war gut ausgestattet mit allem, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigten, Wir schätzten besonders die Willkommensflasche Wein bei unserer Ankunft, Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien!

La maison était super spacieuse et le jardin a beaucoup plu aux enfants, C'était tellement agréable de se détendre sur la terrasse avec un verre de vin, L'emplacement est idéal pour les excursions à la plage, mais nous avons aussi aimé explorer les oliveraies environnantes, Le seul inconvénient était que le WiFi était un peu lent, mais qui a besoin de ça quand on a une vue si magnifique ?

Traumhaus

Das moderne Haus liegt in ruhiger, grüner Lage umgeben von Olivenbäumen und ländlicher Umgebung. Man hat aus allen Zimmern und von der Terrasse aus einen wunderschönen Blick auf Hügel, das Meer und Portoferraio, abends auf den Sternenhimmel. Absolut erholsam. Unsere Kinder haben den Garten sehr genossen. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto schnell beim Supermarkt, dem Strand und in Nachbarorten. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Übergabe war sehr freundlich und persönlich.
