Wether you are enjoying a barbecue dinner on the brand new very large deck or a game of corn hole with family or playing with the kids in the spacious backyard that features a brand new wooden privacy fence or relaxing in the evening to watch a movie on the Roku TV with provided popcorn and snacks; this home has the home away from home feel you would want while traveling.

The home is accessed via door key pad. The entire home is yours to enjoy. The home features brand new full size washer/dryer for your convenience. This home also features all brand new Appliances including a dishwasher. Enjoy your stay with all brand new modern and cozy furniture throughout this completely remodeled home. The front yard has been freshly landscaped for that added eye appeal as well as All new sod grass being added.

Home away from home.

The house is located in a close proximity to campus which is as a plus as we were there for graduation. The property managers communication was wonderful. It was late when we arrived and the hot water was not working. I thought maybe I would not hear from him until morning but he promptly replied and told me to flip the fuse box which worked. Perfectly hot water that never ran out for each person that had to shower. The deck in the back is gorgeous and the gas grill is a plus. The house is decorated very nicely and the canera outside makes you feel safe walking up to the front door. Having a washer and dryer for a family really helped us a lot and detergent and dryer sheets were provided. I really appreciate the communication between myself and the manager and would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone visiting Hattiesburg.
