3-story townhome backs onto Willow Creek in a quiet subdivision. It features three decks with spectacular views of Willow Creek and the surrounding mountains plus beautiful hardwood floors and high-end furnishings throughout. Enjoy the convenience of the private heated garage, in-unit laundry, and 600mbps WiFi.
The entryway connects to the private, heated garage and provides plenty of hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The main level (on the second floor) has an open floor plan with a cozy living room, separate dining area, spacious kitchen, and half bathroom.
The living area features a flat screen smart TV with HBO and upgraded cable package, hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace, ample seating for the whole family or friend group, a queen sleeper sofa, an oversized twin sleeper chair, and a desk. Step outside onto the first main level balcony just off the living area where you will find a dining table for 4, outdoor seating, roller shades, and breathtaking creek and mountain views. Moose frequent the area but they're quiet, so keep an eye out for them!
The full-sized kitchen is well stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make your meals away from home easy and enjoyable. Recently upgraded with Dekton countertops, a deep quartz composite sink, Delta faucet, and a Samsung Bespoke fridge and microwave. We also now have an on-demand instant, filtered cold and hot water dispenser but because the hot side dispenses scalding hot water, we ask you sign a waiver to use this during your stay. The second main level balcony is just off the kitchen. It provides a gas grill and beautiful alpine views.
Enjoy a true family dinner in the dining area which comfortably seats six.
There is also a half bathroom on this level. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The primary suite is located on the top floor. Make yourself at home with the new Tempur-pedic Medium Hybrid Adapt king-sized mattress, large dresser, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom features a single sink vanity and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is also on this level, featuring a Serta Perfect queen-sized bed and flat screen TV. In the summer, open the window and fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the creek. The upper level second bathroom features a single sink vanity, a shower/tub combination and offers a second entrance from the guest bedroom for an en suite feel.
The private washer and dryer are located in the utility closet on the upper level. For your convenience, a starter supply of laundry detergent is provided. Also on this level you will find the last balcony. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and unbeatable views year round!
We welcome up to two well-behaved, < 50 pound dogs per stay with an additional fee. This fee is used to do the extra housekeeping required to remove all pet hair after you check out. Your four-legged friends will enjoy the summer grassy open space behind the townhome, accessible from the heated garage. There's also an open space across from the front of the townhome. Keep your dogs leashed when outside per HOA rules and pick up after them. Free doggy bags are located on each dumpster enclosure. Leashed dogs keep them safer when daytime moose or night time mountain lions are in the area.
Hop on the Lower Blue Recpath, which connects directly to our neighborhood sidewalk. Walk to restaurants, fishing spots, and outlet shopping. VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In our vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel should it have comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More space means daily housekeeping is not a cost-effective option, not to mention it would infringe on the home-like feel and added privacy a vacation rental offers.
Here's what you can expect at our vacation rental. We offer a departure clean and a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and more. To restock or purchase any other needed items, we encourage guests to visit the local grocery store or take advantage of a grocery delivery service.
Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and maintenance services, but these are primarily for vacation rentals in between stays.
Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

We loved staying at this cute and convenient location! It felt like home away from home. There are lots of convenient stores nearby, a heated garage for our gear and is centrally located to lots of amazing CO mountains. The hosts are also incredibly kind and responsive. We’d love to return here next year!

Thank you for your kind words about our mountain retreat! We're happy you enjoyed the convenient location and found the home comfortable and welcoming. The heated garage is one of our favorite features too. Early morning ski day starts are so much easier when we can quickly load the car and head out to the slopes without needing to brush off snow or warm it up.
We appreciate guests like you who are communicative and considerate - it makes hosting a pleasure. The door is always open should your adventures bring you back our way!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The outside deck with stunning views was our favorite part of home. It was a lovely walk to the Town Center on the Blue River trail. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable.
