About this property

This immaculate beach condo is fully furnished - 3 bedrooms with a King in the Master Suite, 2 full baths, kitchen, laundry, and screened balcony - over 1400 sq. ft. It overlooks the pool and lake and offers views of the ocean and a wonderful sunrise. All linens are provided including beach towels. There is secured wireless internet in the unit, along with a Smart TV in the living room and one of the guest bedrooms. We have provided a beach umbrella, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie board, pool noodles, an assortment of books, games and puzzles. We have 2 adult bikes which can be used by our guests to ride on the streets and sidewalks. Inside the condo you will also find a "Welcome" book with brochures from local attractions and menus from some of the best restaurants. This condo is a Must See!

Also available is a Pack-N-Play for the little ones.

Reservation will include a $45.00 Damage Protection Plan with coverage up to $3,000. If you do not wish to purchase this plan, a security deposit will be required. We will send you the information if you wish to opt out of the Damage Protection Plan and pay for a refundable security deposit.

Wonderful

This place is beautiful, lovely view from the balcony. Couch is so comfortable. There is everything you could possibly need here. Easy to access. Great instructions. Very clean. We had such a great stay here. Full marks.

Home away from home

We had the best of time on our first visit to st. Augustine beach. The property was terrific. We truly felt at home. It was fully equipped with everything that we would need and then some. Very comfortable, clean, well maintained. Thank you!

Great place!

We had a great stay! The condo was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. The place was so organized and very clean. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. They also beach, chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon for us to use. The condo was basically equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
