Breathtaking Condo Just Off The Beach, In The Heart Of St Augustine Beach.

WELCOME TO ST AUGUSTINE BEACH! Relax and enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2 and ½ bath end unit condo. This home is located a block and a half from the beach and is within walking distance to local shops and restaurants.

The main floor features an open floor plan with plenty of space and natural light. The kitchen features granite countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, and is fully equipped for guests to prepare their own meals. The living room has comfortable seating with a smart Roku flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi for streaming. We do not have cable. There is also a smart Roku TV in the master bedroom and the second bedroom. The three bedrooms and two full baths are located upstairs, with a half bath on the first floor. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and queen beds in the second and third bedrooms. Walk out the patio door to a beautifully landscaped patio that is fenced in for privacy. The patio features patio furniture for your comfort and dining outside. Private parking is provided.

Enjoy sunny days on the white sandy beach, long walks at sunset or whatever beach lifestyle you have been waiting for.

National Geographic rates Saint Augustine as one of the Top Ten places in the World to see Holiday Lights. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid-November thru the end of January.

Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.

Perfect location, short walk to the beach and a nice taco spot and coffee option just a couple minutes walk. Comfortable beds and TVs in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms, in addition to the main living room. Extra towels for the beach. And really cute patio in the back with a grill (although we didn't use the grill, nice to have as an option). Enjoyed our stay!

Great Location, Great Home, Great Host

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2.5 month-long stay. The area has it all - the beach, restaurants, and things to do. Not far from old town St. Augustine which is well worth visiting. Our host, Lee, kept in touch, and even bought new pots and pans for the unit when we mentioned a need.

There are a lot of restaurants in the area and easy access to St Augustine. We went to a show at the St Augustine Amphitheatre which is only a few miles away. The condo had everything we needed for leisure and for meals. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Condo - St Augustine Beach

This condo was very well kept, very clean and well maintained. There's are great places to eat close by and the beach is within walking distance. The grocery store is right down the road and old town St Augustine is only minutes away. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

Great vacation

The condo is very clean, comfortable, has everything you need! Very efficient kitchen, all new appliances, all the beds are super comfortable. The area is very nice, coffee shop around the corner, steps to the beach. We will be back next year!

Perfect Beach Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Condo was cozy with everything we needed, including big fluffy beach towels. The brewery and burrito stand were patronized often. Stir It Up had great smoothies. Lee was very hands on. We’d definitely stay here again.

The condo is in an ideal location on St. Augustine Beach. There were days my husband and I didn’t go anywhere in our car…we walked!! Yummy restaurants very close. The condo was well-stocked, clean and had plenty of linens and towels. We plan to be back!!
