fully equipped apartment with very large balcony, new fitted kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, in the living room a sofa bed, pleasantly warm, shower room with large shower, toilet and vanity with light mirror, quiet residential area, parking in front of the house, table tennis for common use in the hobby room The Alpsee can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or you can use a nature trail down to the valley with a constant view of the Alpsee. Baker at 200m distance. Hiking trails directly from the house to the Gschwender Horn or to the Alpsee Coaster.

Die Fewo war super ausgestattet ,für 2 Personen ideal man hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, man hat in keine Richtung lange wege (Sonthofen,Fischen, Oberstdorf). Für Jede Wetterlage gut geeignet :).Danke für den schönen aufendhalt.

Vielen Dank für die sehr gute Bewertung.Unsere Bemühungen, ständig besser zu werden sollen unsere Gäste "erleben". Leider hatte unsere neue Sitzgruppe aus echtem Leder rund 6 Monate Lieferzeit und kam erst eine Woche nach ihrem Aufenthalt an. Ein Grund mehr für einen weiteren Aufenthalt.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderungen. Ich wurde sehr nett und persönlich begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles war vorhanden. Auch die Küche war super ausgestattet, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Töpfe, Pfannen etc., Waschmaschine und Trockner gibt es im Waschkeller. Der Balkon ist sehr groß und bietet eine perfekte Aussicht. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, der See ist fußläufig erreichbar ebenso wie viele tolle Wanderstrecken. Mit dem Auto oder mit dem Bus kann man viele Orte von dort sehr gut erreichen. Ich würde die Wohnung erneut buchen. Alles top

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war perfekt sauber, ausgestattet und der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Läufe, Radtouren und Wanderungen. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man den Alpsee und auch ein Bäcker und Supermärkte sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Check-In verlief völlig problemlos und super nett - vielen Dank dafür.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit toller Lage!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war einfach hervorragend! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und entsprach genau den Bildern und Beschreibungen im Inserat. Wir haben es sehr genossen, die Abende auf dem Balkon zu verbringen. Die Lage ist ideal, um den Großen Alpsee zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Check-in-Vorgang war unkompliziert.

sehr schöne Ausflugsziele, sowohl Richtung Oberstaufen als auch Richtung Sonthofen/Oberstdorf. Der Fußweg zum Alpsee ist allerdings etwas steil (ca. 1 km und ca. 70 Höhenmeter)

Kurze Auszeit im winderschönen Bayern

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist auch einmalig: ruhig, aber trotzdem sind viele lokale Attraktionen bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Jeder Zeit wieder, wenn es eine Reise in diese Richtung gehen soll.

Mit der Sauberkeit vor Ort waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ich möchte bei zukünftigen Gelegenheiten empfehlen, dass das Lokal besser mit Toilettenpapier und Küchenpapier ausgestattet ist. Es gab nur wenige, die für den Aufenthalt nicht ausreichten. Es ist klein, bedenken Sie, dass Sie das Schlafsofa nutzen können, es ist möglich, dass das Wohnzimmer nicht aktiviert ist. Auf jeden Fall war die Schlüsselübergabe und der Kontakt zum Eigentümer während unseres Aufenthaltes problemlos möglich.

Für vier Erwachsene ist die Wohnung dann doch relativ klein, da im Wohnzimmer das Schlafsofa jeden Morgen und jeden Abend umgebaut werden muss. Haben wir auch selber schon mitgemacht; ist für wenige Tage aber kein Problem. Als wir in unsere Ferienwohnung kamen, waren noch zwei Rollen Toilettenpapier übrig, können das Problem nur insofern nachvollziehen, dass wir telefonisch auf die Reserverollen unterhalb des Waschtisches hinweisen mussten, die vermutlich anfangs übersehen wurden.

Klein aber fein

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Bühl sehr genossen und wurden herzlich von der Verwalterin empfangen. Preis/Leistung der Wohnung ist super; lediglich der "Aufstieg" zu Fuß vom See zur Wohnung ist nicht für jedermann geeignet. Der Balkon bietet einen schönen Ausblick und lädt zum Entspannen ein.
