Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Frau Lingemann ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, sehr aufmerksam und sehr nett. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ruhig dort, bei einer tollen Aussicht. Zu Fuß sind es nur ca. 7 Minuten bis zum Zentrum, dem sehr schönen Marienplatz. Die Gegend um Immenstadt ist einfach traumhaft schön.

Leider total verregnet und die Temperaturen im Allgäu meist einstellig. Gut das daß Appartement sehr gemütlich war. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Eine schöne zentrumsnahe,ruhige Wohnung mit Balkon und Blick auf die Berge. Nur das Schlafzimmer ist beengt und hat eine recht niedrige Deckenhöhe - keine Stehhöhe.

Kleines Refugium mit schönem Ausblick

Wir haben uns eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung aufgehalten und uns dort wohlgefühlt, insbesondere auf der Terrasse mit dem schönen Ausblick auf die Mittagsspitze, seitlich sieht man die Alpen. Die Einrichtung ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben, großgewachsene Personen werden mit dem Schlafzimmer Probleme haben. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber ausreichend für zwei Personen, nur sollte man in der Küche keine aufwändigeren Essen planen, es gibt auch weder Backofen noch Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler. Ins Städtchen läuft man nur 10 Minuten, der Weg ist teilweise aber etwas steil. Die Möglickeiten (Wandern/Schwimmen im Alpsee ect.) in der Umgebung sind grandios, auch problemlos mit Öffentlichen. Die Vermieter haben wir freundlich und hilfsbereit erlebt. Einziger Wermutstropfen waren die Sitzgelegenheiten, die mit Ausnamhe der Couch alleamt bei längerem Sitzen ziemlich unbequem sind.

Kurzurlaub im Allgäu

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr schöne Lage und ist überaus gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Ich war mit meiner Tochter dort und wir werden sehr gern wiederkommen.

Wunderbare Zeit

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, bestens ausgestattet, man hat eine super Aussicht vom Balkon und ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Ort. Die Vermieterin/der Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind unbegrenzt. Alles top.

Sehr schöne Tage trotz durchwachsenen Wetters

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in der sehr sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Es gab sogar Getränke zur Begrüßung und frische Eier von den Hühnern aus dem Garten! Da kann man auch mal einen Regentag in der Wohnung verbringen.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und tolles Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die Berge

Von unseren Gastgebern wurden wir super empfangen und freundlich mit frischen Eiern von den hauseigenen Hühnern, Gartenäpfeln und sogar frisch gebackenen Kuchen verwöhnt. Sie gaben uns auf jede Frage eine umfangreiche Antwort, versorgten uns mit viel Informationsmaterial und kümmerten sich super schnell um kleine Problemfälle. Ich kann die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen. Die Lage ist super und man kommt überall zu Fuß hin. Wir mussten selten Auto fahren, um wandern zu gehen. Wasserfälle (vielleicht nicht immer da), Seen und ein Berg ist super erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es einen sehr leckeren Metzger und Käsegeschäft, die Muss sind. Wohnung liegt unter dem Dach und man sollte nicht so groß sein, da man sich sonst schnell an der Schräge des Daches stoßen kann. Das Balkon hat einen seitlichen Blick auf die Berge und die Einfahrt aufs eigene Auto, dafür aber den ganzen Abend Sonne. Wenn nicht gerade irgendwo gearbeitet wird, ist das Fleckchen ruhig gelegen - vom unüberhörbaren Flussrauschen mal abgesehen :-)
