Great family stay

This Beautiful home was the perfect escape for our family, with plenty of space throughout and close proximity to the highway. The check-in process was quick and easy, with Jillian checking in throughout our stay to ensure all was in order. We especially appreciated the toys and snow saucers that the kids were able to enjoy. I would recommend this home to families looking for a comfortable stay accessible to the major highways and shopping centers.

Beautiful stay

We loved this property. Personal touches throughout. The neighborhood was lovely and the house was located perfectly so we could access travel north to the Grand Canyon and south to Sedona.

Great place to stay

. We had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. The home was located in a beautiful neighborhood and close to downtown. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. Look forward to returning

Beautiful and relaxing place, but...

* The important: Take pictures of everything when you arrive and depart. * The good: The property is beautiful and comfortable. The location is convenient. The landscaping and outdoor spaces are relaxing and enviting. Our two families (2 adults, 3 teens) had plenty of room and enjoyed a meal and a family game night there with one of the many games provided. The beds were more comfortable than many locations I have stayed and I slept well. In the morning, my friend and I took our coffee and tea in the back yard and enjoyed the quiet, cool morning. * The bad: Not long after checkout, I received notice from J, the property manager, stating that there would be a significant extra charge (almost as much as our night's stay) for damages allegedly done. This included several bleached or stained towels and a broken lamp. None of these were done by any of our group, so I assumed there was a misunderstanding and sent off an email to discuss the situation. I received no responses to multiple requests, and the charge appeared on my card a couple of days later. After almost 20 years and dozens of vacation rentals, this expensive experience taught me the importance of before and after pictures. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable place in Flagstaff, this property is worth considering, but take precautions to protect yourself.
