Beautiful & Spacious Westside Townhouse, Sleeps 8 w/ A/C.

Smartly decorated and comfortable townhome in the southwest area of Flagstaff. Close to NAU and major routes to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, AZ Snowbowl, and downtown. The primary suite has a king bed and full bath. The second bedroom also has a king bed, and the third bedroom has 2 queen beds. The downstairs den/living room offers a queen sleepover sofa. Cozy up to the gas fireplace in the living room. We offer internet-enabled TV and direct TV channels. Covered patio and large backyard with a gas fireplace and grill. This home DOES offer central heat and air conditioning. *Please be advised that the driveway is very steep and may not be accessible to some low-profile vehicles. There is no street parking available for this unit. We have a snow removal service but guests are expected to help maintain access during their stays. *All the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, must use stairs to access.

This house was beautiful!! Everything was amazing!!! The host was very quick with his responses!! The driveway was steep but I have a crossover and was able to get my car up and down in and out of the garage driveway just fine. I am unsure how it would do in the winter with the snow and colder weather with the ice.. but I for sure would stay at this house again!!! I never felt as the house was too small or too big!! We were here for my son to graduate the police academy!! If I could I would give the host a 10 star!! And the hoist was very clean!!

I loved the place, very comfortable and nice neighborhood, the only bad thing is when parking cars in the garage , the driveway is very steep and in winter I bet you can't get your cars up to the garage , plus there's no neighborhood parking available and cars cannot stay overnight in the street.

The house itself was in a good spot in flagstaff, surrounded by trees in a quiet neighborhood yet 5 minutes to get into town. We had everything we needed, plenty of kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies (shampoo, conditioner & body soap), extra blankets in the bedrooms to bring some down to the living room when relaxing. Love the extra living space at the entry way in case someone needed a separate quiet space. The garage surprisingly fit both out vehicles, one was a subaru forester and even my chevy avalanche (thank goodness because even with the parking brake on my truck tended to slide down the steep 22 degree driveway!). We no issues so no need to get in touch with the propry manager. They had a helpful informational notebook with all the things to do in Flag & even how to use the remotes if needed. Even appreciated the labels on the light switches & fans!
