Excellent communication from the host! The location was perfect—very convenient to the Universal theme parks. The townhome was clean and comfortable. The townhome was perfect for our two families to share. My friend and her two kids took the top floor, we shared the middle living space, and my daughter and I took the first floor bed and bath. Perfect for a large family or multiple families to share. The space was clean and it was very easy to communicate with the host. I would definitely stay here again.

The towels folded into swans was a nice.Laundry room was well organized with umbrellas and ponchos if you happen to have forgotten yours like me.Property is close to shopping with plenty of places to eat. Great location

We stayed for a cheerleading event at the convention center. Located 1 mile from the convention center, 3 miles from universal. Main pool under construction but access to other pools were very accommodating. There was a DJ who had games for the kids like hula hoop competitions and water balloon toss. Check in and communication were great. Would recommend and stay here again.
