This is a contemporary, fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the main complex, close to theme parks and Convention Center.

Very close to the pool complex and clubhouse, less than 1 minute walk.

Located in front of new Universal theme park - EPIC UNIVERSE

The beautiful and modern master suite includes a King bed, while the second bedroom offers two Queen beds with ample space. The third bedroom contains two Full beds. This condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

A portable crib and high chair are available at no extra charge.

Each bedroom and the living room feature LED Smart TVs with Roku, and Cable TV , and free Wi-Fi is included.

The modern, open kitchen boasts granite countertops and is fully equipped with appliances, including a coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, dishwasher, blender, dishes, cookware, and silverware—everything you need for a home away from home.

There are two full bathrooms, both stocked with towels and a hair dryer.

Additional amenities include a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The condo also has central heating and air conditioning.

Located on the ground floor, this unit is located about 1 minute walking from the pool, close to clubhouse, and gym, and features an open veranda with chairs and a table.

Two resort pool areas feature heated pools, Jacuzzis, firepit areas, a pool bar, and a kids' splash area.

We are conveniently located within walking distance of the Orlando Convention Center, and Epic Universe , and very close to Universal Studios, the Orlando Eye, top-rated restaurants, Walt Disney World and popular shops. Renowned golf courses are just across the street.

Situated in the theme park area, we're only 1 mile from SeaWorld, 4 miles from Universal Studios, and 8 miles from Walt Disney World.

In just 45 minutes, you can reach Florida's famous beaches and the Kennedy Space Center.

A Publix supermarket and Walgreens are within walking distance, and the community offers a heated pool, pool bar, and convenience shop. Vista Cay is a gated community.

We were so grateful to have somewhere close to both Dinsey and Universal for our family vacation. Everything in the unit was very nice, the location was great, and it was so easy for our large family. The kids loved it and so did we! Ana was extremely responsive. The unit was very clean! Will stay again.

Great location!

Overall the house was good. The cleanliness could have been better. Kitchen pans had food stuck all over them and there was small ants crawling on the counter tops. The kitchen was limited on cooking essentials for a larger group of people. Location was nice had good bit of places all within walking distance.

My staff and I stayed at the condo for a work conference. Ana made it easy to check in, all the amenities were great. Was not great weather so didn't get to enjoy the pool, but overall would book again

Conference stay

Very close to conference center. Publix grocery next door. Very nice place, quiet, gated community. Very relaxed and safe atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation

This was a first family vacation that we have been able to take. It was such a positive experience that we plan on using this accommodation again in the future. The space made us feel like we were at home. Can't wait to come back next year.

Great location

The condo was perfect for our family and it was in a great location. The hostess was very helpful and we were able to check in early. The main pool near our condo was closed for renovations but it was a nice and short walk to the other pools. They were very nice. Plus you could get food and drinks there. There was a Publix across the road and restaurants near by. I would recommend this condo and would stay there again.

Overall, we were very pleased with your property. Great location, pleasing decor, online pictures matched the property.Consider replacing the living room couch.Recommend having Ana (the properly manager) include directions ("After entering the code, go through the gate, turn right, and drive straight ahead to our building.") The only reason I did not give a 5-star rating was because the price was significantly more (double in 1 case) of what other families of our Club volleyball team paid for 7-day stays.

Great condo

We really enjoyed our stay! We have been coming to Vista Cay every year around for the last 7 years around this time for my kids' Nationals volleyball tourney at the convention center. This was our first time in this condo and it was great! Super cure with all the Mickey place settings. :-) Great location being on the main side of the resort and next to the pool and club house. Hoping to return again next year! :-)

Great Manager Support

Overall home and location were great. Good condition, everything you need and convenient. Nothing that we needed wasn't there but we were in Universal most of the time. After a few normal hiccups at check in the manager was responsive and adjusted. Recommend for families.

It was adequate. Well decorated.

Should replenish wine glasses. You were down to one. The bed is very firm. The location was great I walked around the lake for exercise, good 2 miles. Everything that you could one is close by.

We had 8 of us staying here for dance Nationals at the convention center. Location is perfect, never had an issue with parking, close to the pool, etc. We had a couple issues but I was able to text Ana and she responded immediately and everything was resolved. Will definitely stay in this unit again next year!

Great Location

Overall, everything was great. The location was close to food, shopping, and things to do. The clubhouse had an arcade, pool, bar area, and pools. The beds in the back bedroom weren’t the most comfortable but its to be expected when you stay places that aren’t your own. Kitchen had all the necessities for cooking and cleaning up. You get one of dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent so if you stay for several days you may want to buy your own. There were plentiful towels available and extra linens. Basically everything was as advertised. Communication with the property manager Ana was very responsive and she worked with me to get back something that was forgotten. Would stay again!

The resort is safe, quiet, and filled with fun activities. The pools are amazing, and the lake walk offers a peaceful and relaxing experience. It’s also conveniently located near the Convention Center and all of Orlando's major attractions.
