About this property

Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

Comfort was our end goal from the beginning. Our spacious home caters perfectly to large or small groups to spread out and enjoy some memorable times here in the mountains. In the winter, cozy up by the gas fireplace after a long day of activities or by the backyard firepit in the summer.

You will have access to everything, including the garage
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- No fireworks or other illegal activities
- No outside fires or fire pits
- Parking is limited to 5 automobiles (No off-road or recreational vehicles.)
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors

As listed, beautiful home.

The pictures don’t really do this property justice, you have to see it for yourself. This is a very renter-friendly property. Everything you need is labeled, check in was painless, and the property as a whole is gorgeous. Just minutes from all the shops in North Conway, walking distance from echo lake and Diana’s Baths. 10/10 recommend.

Great house in a great location

We stayed for a few nights, while visiting sites in the White Mountains. The location is ideal, just a few minutes from North Conway and within walking distance to Diana’s Baths and Echo Lake. The house is very well appointed and had everything we needed for a long weekend. It was also immaculately clean. I would highly recommend.

Nice Getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend getaway. Owner was responsive and accommodating. Photos accurately reflect the property. Minutes away from shopping center and grocery stores. Will definitely stay here again!
