Modern Executive, Top Floor Townhome with Private Hot Tub in Happy Valley!

Come in and unwind in this stylish brand new home. The living room features an electric fireplace and huge windows overlooking Happy Valley. You can't wait to view the Saturday night fireworks!

Proudly marketed by Okanagan Vacation Properties, this brand new, top floor condo is just a short stroll to the Gondola, skating rink, Happy Valley Day Lodge and Moose Lounge, as well as the Tube Park, hiking, snowshoe and X-country trails. All the fun-filled family action day and night takes place right here!

The gourmet kitchen with quartz counters and stainless appliances offers everything you need to prepare cozy family meals when you're off the slopes. And with bar seating and an open layout to the dining and living room, everyone is included.

The extra large primary bedroom offers a King bed and ensuite with walk-in steam shower and heated tile floor. The second bedroom also is partly ensuited to the main bath and has a Queen bed. The third bedroom is extra large, with 2 sets of single over double bunks.

Located up just one flight of stairs, there is a large private landing to load and unload, and a ski locker for all of your skis and boards. The great entry provides lots of room to get your boots on and off.

We are pet friendly to 1 well behaved dog with prior approval. Please message regarding your pet prior to putting in a booking request. Dogs must stay off of all furniture and require a pet fee. Dogs are not allowed on the deck at any time and must be leashed whenever they leave the suite. Dogs that bark when left unattended are unfortunately not welcome as it is not fair to the neighbours underneath.

Summer at Big White! Not only do we run our hot tub year round, but we have secure bike storage in our bike locker. Additional bikes can be stored in the private landing.

Parking is in a shared garage for 1 vehicle. Garage is 20' deep and 93" clearance. You will also be provided a visitor parking pass for a second vehicle to park in any available visitor spot outside. However these are first-come-first-served and is not guaranteed. Additional parking is available through Big White Ski Resort in the Happy Valley parking lot for a fee.

Great location

As my 13 year old son said “this was the best vacation” which doesn’t happen much. Great location, very clean, Jennifer was great, and all around fantastic stay. Fireworks were right outside the deck so we watched from the hot tub. This place was great.

The condo had a few issues when we arrived .The ceiling fan maybe 20 ft high was hanging by a wire so we did not use but reported it .they couldn’t get an electrician until Monday .The thermostat in the master bath was not working . We managed to program it so there was some heat . The main bath toilet tank would not fill until we lifted the tank lid and adjusted the flap to seal the tank so it could fill.The main shower faucet is totally crooked and hot water with handle is straight up . This should be adjusted .The two ceiling fans are programmed on the same code so when you turn one light off in the master , it also turns off the queen bed room . The codes need to be adjusted so they work individually .I was really concerned about the bedding .There were bottom fitted sheets but no top sheet on any of the beds . There were comforters as your top blanket . We were asked to remove the sheets and leave the comforters on the beds .how sanitary was our bedding ?We were offered to move across the street but it was a unit that sleep 6 and that was not suitable or comparable to the one we rented that slept 10

Hi Tim, I appreciate you taking the time to write a review and it was unfortunate that we could not get the electrician over the weekend. As you mentioned, I did offer a comparable unit in the same area and same number of bedrooms (it just had a smaller bunk room but your group was only 6). I wish you had brought to my attention your concern over the bedding so that I could assure you that we do wash all of the duvet covers between every guest. We do this for all of our properties as standard housekeeping practices for every clean, regardless if there is a top sheet. I think maybe there was some old wording in a binder that was copied from another unit a long time ago, because the check-out instructions I emailed do not involve stripping the beds. I hope that you still had a lovely ski vacation at Big White!

Perfect spot for our family ski holiday

This condo in Big White is perfect for our family ski holiday. The condo is clean and modern with lots of room for one or two families. The property manager was very responsive and helpful with a few situations that came up on our end while we visited. The location of this condo was perfect for skiing, access to the village and enjoying the skating and activities at Happy Valley Lodge. We enjoyed watching the Canada vs. Czechia hockey game from the brand new hot tub and my husband fell in love with the steam shower. Thank you Jennifer and to our hosts proving us with such a fantastic place to stay for our vacation.

Fantastic NYE Experience

Property was spotlessly clean and felt freshly new. We traveled with our two daughters, ages 11 and 13, and they loved the bunk room. It felt like all our needs were met in this lovely unit - and we loved the proximity to the gondola, skating rink, and adventure park. Door access with a code made for minimal fuss with check in/out, as well as access from the hill without a key. We had an unobstructed view from the hot tub to NYE fireworks! What a fabulous surprise. Strongly recommend working with Jacob Wideman at Vacation Foods and having your groceries delivered into the unit before arrival. What a treat to have coffee and breakfast items all tucked away and ready for us on arrival! We loved our stay and Big White so much. We are from California. Will Canada have us back??? 😂❤️🇨🇦
