New vacation apartment in Neckargemünd near Heidelberg

Thank you for your interest in our "Midde" apartment, where we look forward to welcoming you.
The "Midde" (Palatinate for Middle) is located between the apartments "Owwe" (above) and "Unne" (below) in a semi-detached house with a view
at the edge of the forest. The Neckargemünd-Altstadt S-Bahn station is around 1.1 km or a 15-minute walk away.
Parking is in front of the house on the property, under the carport or on the street.
Access to the apartment is at ground level (without stairs).
In the hallway with cloakroom there is a bedroom on the left with a double bed (180x200) with separate mattresses, a cupboard and bedside tables.
Right on the right is a separate toilet and the bathroom with vanity, shower and toilet.
Straight into the studio. Here you will find a sofa with sleeping function (140x200), sideboard, telephone, radio with CD / Bluetooth / jack input, the dining table and the kitchen. Outside access to the partially covered balcony with a view.
Kitchen is with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, sink, microwave, stove and hob, kettle, coffee machine (filter bags), toaster
as well as crockery and utensils for many purposes.

The basic price including 2 guests is € 70.00.
Each additional person will be charged € 20.00.
The final cleaning is estimated at € 45.00.

We grant a 5% discount from a rental period of 7 days, 10% from 28 days.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Linen change (yourself!) € 12.00 / person (bed linen and towels).

The apartment is equipped with a ventilation system, central vacuum and electrical shutters.
WLAN Internet connection (100 Mbit / s) and a telephone (German landline) are available free of charge. Washer, dryer, clothes horse, iron u. - Board, travel cot and high chair are on agreement
available.

Please note: this is a non-smoking apartment where pets are not allowed.

In the garden area u. We are not quite finished using the garden on more than 1000m². We ask for your understanding.

Bakers, butchers, hairdressers, banks, supermarkets, bike shops (rental), pubs, restaurants, cafes, canoe rentals, wine shops, pharmacies, S-Bahn connections, main train station, bus connections, Neckar shipping, hiking and biking trails, forest, swimming pool, market, The old town, castle ruins and so on are in Neckargemünd. Also called the beautiful sister of Heidelberg, the old town looks back on 1000 years of history with the remains of the city wall and the castle ruins of Reichenstein.
