2023 updates still in progress! Fresh paint! New stainless appliances, oven has built in air fryer. Fireplace was just updated and working great. Bunk beds in the guest bedroom have been removed and the room now has 2 full sized beds and a 43" smart TV! The other guest room now has a TV. That's 5 brand new smart (ROKU) TVs installed. Bring your credentials to login to your favorite streaming services (Netflix, AppleTV, etc). New bedding and pillows in all bedrooms. New towels for the bathrooms. New high flow shower heads installed. All floors have been professionally cleaned. New full sized washer and dryer. There are 6 new beach chairs in the garage along with shovels and buckets. 2 beach carts, one with balloon tires. Bikes in the garage. New dining table with seating for 6! New outdoor bar height bistro set. Professional photos coming soon, but we wanted to share the updates now.
A new couch and love seat is on order for the back living room. A Sonos soundbar and subwoofer are now connected to the living room TV. There is a Sonos Play 3 in the primary bedroom along with the guest room for whole house music listening. Instructions on how to work those are in our guest book. Keurig single serve and drip coffee maker in one.
The outdoor seating area was just painted as well. Pictures soon.

A great condo with everything at your finger tips in a absolutely beautiful location. Located adjacent to/just a short walk away from Brand New Clubhouse and Lakeside Village and where all of the amenities are located - indoor/outdoor pool, wave pool, restaurants, fitness center, spa, tennis and golf. Short walk to the fishing piers and bay beach. Quick bike ride to nature center. Building has elevator.
Renters must purchase daily or weekly guest passes from The Peninsula if they'd like to use the Club's amenities (pools/athletic club). Peninsula guest pass rates for 2022 are provided for guidance (2023 rates TBD):
*$8/day ($10 Weekend) and $47/per week for those age 6-15
*$15/day ($25 Weekend) and $100/per week for Age 16+
*Group led fitness classes are $7 and a schedule is available by the week
*Golf rates-$127 9-holes, $200 18-holes (including cart)
Twilight Golf Rates begin at 3:00 PM (Discounted Rates)
*Bay Beach and Trails do not require the purchase of guest pass.
The Peninsula has instated a couple of new rules for rentals in Summer 2022. These include:
*Renters will no longer be able to access the Athletic Club & Pools on Saturdays.
*Sunday through Friday, Renters are not allowed to access the Athletic Club before 10am.
Check in is 4:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM.

We pride ourselves on our 5-Star reviews and doing our part to make your vacation, well perfect if we can. In consideration of the current situation we are continuing to monitor the State of Delaware regulations and utilizing the latest CDC guidelines for cleaning. In consideration of this, we will be:
*Having our cleaning team utilize disposable gloves when cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces. Gloves will be discarded after each cleaning.
*For disinfection, we will utilize the most common EPA-registered household disinfectants per the CDC guidelines.
*Pay extra attention to "touch points" within the unit-handles, knobs, light switches.
*Moving up our check out time to 10:00 am (from 11:00)
*Moving back out check in time to 4:00 pm (from 3:00) to allow our team the necessary time to get the unit ready.
*Utilizing 2 separate sets of bedding materials for all beds- 2 sets of sheets, 2 sets of pillows and comforters. Allowing each a full week to be cleaned in between rentals.
