The charming artist's estate, a former fisherman's house from the early 17th century, was redesigned in 2014 by the well-known painter and sculptor Christian Wahl. Christian Wahl restores old houses with a great deal of knowledge, style and sensitivity, giving them their original charm. Its restored buildings received the title 'House of the Year' in 1998 and 2010. In loving detail, the old fisherman's house was restored. Many treasures, raised on flea and antique markets, were renovated and found their destiny in this enchanting house. With this property, the picturesque townscape of the Alte Fischer fishing Dießen is enriched by another gem. An ambience for guests who love something special.
90sqm living space on two levels can accommodate 6 people. The house has a cozy living room, a large kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a shower, a bathroom, two toilets. In the small adjoining room, guests have access to a washing machine and a freezer.
