This single family home has a full kitchen, single bath, two bedrooms, and a dedicated workstation. This new construction, single family home was designed to mimic the layout of a studio apartment/loft. The main floor features an eat-in kitchen, living room, bathroom, and one bedroom with a full sized bed. Upstairs is the master suit with a queen bed and workspace that overlooks the common area below.
Guest access
Guest will have full access and use of the property 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there is an electronic door lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!

- Directly across the street from UCO and the football stadium
