This small studio is just shy of 200 sq ft, but doesn't skimp on style! Located in the heart of midtown, it's the perfect spot for one or two people traveling or working in Memphis. Enter into your cozy living space with a brand new kitchenette and dining table/work space. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Please note there is no stove, so if you are an aspiring Top Chef, one of our other units with a full kitchen might be a better fit. The full bathroom has just been completely renovated. The bedroom packs a punch with vibrant Anthropologie wallpaper, a super comfy queen sized memory foam bed, and black out shades. This tiny space doesn't have a full closet, but we do have hangers and a luggage stand for your clothes, and there is space under the bed to store any extra bags.

The entire studio is yours. The only shared spaces on the property are the balcony, laundry room in basement, and parking lot.

Something to note: This is a lower unit in an old historic building - you may hear other guests walking around in the unit above you. We do have plenty of area rugs with thick pads to dampen sound and ask them to be quiet and respectful, but if this would bother you or you are a very light sleeper, we would suggest booking another unit.
