Great Stay

The property was great. It is a very easy walk to the beach. The house had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The house worked very well for our large family weekend.

Maintenance

Great house great location, but needs lots of maintenance. We walked in with water all over the first floor coming from the ceiling, A/C from 2nd floor drain was stopped up there was about 2 to 3" of water under A/C unit. We had it cleaned up by the time someone got there. A/C filter was filthy they never brought another one. All deck railing needs major attention. We would not even let the 5 year old on the 2nd deck. Some of the boards where sticking up. Nails on all decks and stairs need to be hammered down. Had internet problems. Septic was overflowing out of the tank. Refrigerator door needs to be fixed. There was 2 icemakers but one didn't seem to make ice. I would rent it again if they would get everything fixed.

Annual beach trip

Stayed here this year for our annual family beach trip! This house did not disappoint! The 3 stories make it nice so everyone is not right on top of each other and makes it quieter and easier to seperate spaces when you have little babies! Would definitely stay here again! Very close to the beach

Fabulous home! A few steps from the beach! Plenty of parking space! Lots of deck area's and room for family fun! We had a blast!

Perfect best getaway

Very close to the beach. Awesome beach views. Having a lift to get all your stuff up to the house was wonderful! Great place to stay with a large family.
