This home is stylishly furnished with all amenities imaginable and INCLUDES LINENS for no extra fee. The grill, built in picnic tables, and bar downstairs make entertaining easy and enjoyable in any kind of weather. This home is great for families who want to be together while still having room to enjoy quiet time alone. Located centrally in Holiday subdivision, 'The Surfing Mermaids' is close to a water slide, shopping, restaurants and golf cart rental. Pamper yourself with this exclusive vacation getaway.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure you leave the keys in the lockbox and lock the door when you leave. Please turn the A/C up to 75 degrees. Please take ALL trash (including bathrooms) & place it in the garbage downstairs.
Lock all windows and doors. Turn off all lights. Turn off all TV’s and place all remotes to the top of the TV. Empty all trashcans and place trash in the outdoor cans provided. Remove all linens.
Kitchen: Put all dishes in the dishwasher, put soap in, and turn on. Empty and clean out refrigerator and freezer COMPLETELY. Please clean up any spills. Outdoor: Empty and clean the BBQ pit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets need to be approved before booking. There is a non refundable fee of $200 PER PET if approved.

The view is awesome here with no obstructions of the ocean. The property was very clean and modern. The A/C blows very cold on our hot end of summer vacation. The host was very responsive when I had questions. We had 6 adults and 5 children and there was room to spare. Our group will surely stay at this rental again in the future.

Stayed Valentines weekend 2025. Nice clean place on the beach and either nicely renovated or fairly new construction. Owner was very responsive and helpful to locate local amenities and help us with items in the home that we were not familiar with. We will certainly return for another stay!

Great location and comfortable house.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The location and views were great. There was an issue with the septic tank but it was cold so we didn’t spend too much time outside. Other than that, we highly recommend this house.

We are a family from Southeast Texas that has always loved going to Crystal Beach. We have 3 homes there with 2 that we rent out. We enjoy fishing, crabbing, and just spending time with friends and family at our cabins. We hope all of the families that rent our cabins can much great memories just as we have at Crystal Beach!

Why they chose this property

This beachfront home was finished in May of 2013. It has spectacular views of the beach. Once you stay here you will not want to go any place else!

What makes this property unique

Features two master bedrooms with decks and private bathrooms upstairs. The bar underneath is perfect for entertaining or just enjoying the company of friends and family. Just a short walk to the beach!
