Close to the beach. Large home. Outdoor deck and chairs in good condition. The two bedrooms on the top floor contained dismantled smoke detectors. I did notify Summer that one was broken prior to observing the second one and she came out with someone to check on one of those and the lower bathroom doorknob which was locking unintentionally. The doorknob was repaired the smoke detector was left as is, broken. There are no stairs off the upper deck to the ground. Seems like a fire hazard when both smoke detectors are inoperative. Overall the house has mold in the upstairs shower, dirty grout and grout missing around lower bathroom toilet. Wall vents are dirty, moldy or both. Fridge is rusted on the outside as is the indoor trash can next to it. All windows upstairs and downstairs are screwed shut. Possibly a fire hazard. It appears the tile floors aren’t actually mopped, perhaps a microfiber type mop with spray is used as the bathroom floors were smeared and had obvious footprints on them, upon arrival. As stated in other reviews the sectional and chairs in the living room are actually outdoor furniture and the kitchen table seat cushions on those chairs are quite stained. The kitchen sink has large cracks and is unsightly. Summer asks for a list upon check-in and check-out of anything that needs attention in the house. I sent a few photos to begin with, however I didn’t plan to devote my vacation time to being the property inspector there. German roaches near trash inside.

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. The furniture inside the house was not very comfortable and we had a problem with ants downstairs. Over all we had a great time and it was perfect for our family.

Perfect View, Right on the beach, very quiet and nice layout

Stayed Valentines weekend 2025. Nice clean place on the beach and either nicely renovated or fairly new construction. Owner was very responsive and helpful to locate local amenities and help us with items in the home that we were not familiar with. We will certainly return for another stay!

The view is awesome here with no obstructions of the ocean. The property was very clean and modern. The A/C blows very cold on our hot end of summer vacation. The host was very responsive when I had questions. We had 6 adults and 5 children and there was room to spare. Our group will surely stay at this rental again in the future.
