The home was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the host - very clear and easy check in and check out information. Beautiful neighborhood near Pearl Street. We hope to stay again!

Great time

Good instructions, great place, very clean and nice. We had a great time and appreciated the touches like the toys and plates for kids and the record player. The hot tub and pool table was great. Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable and the kitchen was easy to cook in. Would rent again.

We absolutely loved this house and would stay again in a second. The management was very attentive when we needed anything. The house was clean and has high end appliances/ coffee maker which made our mornings perfect! Can't wait to go back!

We travelled to Boulder with a total of 6 couples for a concert at Red Rock Amphitheatre. We all had an amazing time and would highly recommend this rental to anyone planning a similar trip. The host was very responsive, and the home was spectacular. It is beautifully decorated, hosts a large group easily, and is stocked with everything you could ask for. 5 stars.

Wonderful location and huge useable home!

Fantastic location and home! It had everything we needed and had great spaces for gathering and the bedrooms were large and well furnished. Great kitchen for cooking, many staples available for our use and the bar was a wonderful addition. Our friends walked up from downtown. Hot tub was a hit with our younger crowd. The owners were very attentive and responded immediately when needed Stay here!!

Fanstastic, highly considered, quiet modern home

Can’t say enough good things about Graham’s hospitality and the quality of this property. Beautifully appointed, unique modern updates throughout. Great and generous kitchen. Great walkable location. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when returning to Boulder. It shows well. The exterior is humble, per the neighborhood, and you will be blown away once the doors open, trust me. Thanks Graham!

An amazing place

We selected this property because of the location to Perl St and it was near a conference. All of us where blown away by the style and stunning lighting the house has. Everything was amazingly clean and organized. The host has provided short videos for any things you might have questions on, it made the trip easy. You can tell the owners keep the property well maintained. We had zero complaints or issues my team and I will 100% be back to this location.
