Summary:
1 Bedroom Condo at beautiful Beaver Run resort. The condo is spacious for the whole family with a recently remodeled full kitchen and fireplace on the slopes, all without breaking the bank! With nine hot tubs and pools, there is always something to do. Walking distance to town with shuttle service will take you and pick you up if you prefer. We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do!

**Well behaved Dogs only please, An additional well-behaved Dog can stay with us at the cost of $55

******Parking is paid directly to Beaver Run Front Desk and varies by seasonality, parking costs between $10-$36 a night and is not included in the booking.

***Peak 9 Chairlifts Close Mid-April, there is a bus running constantly that will take you to peak 8, but after the chairlift closes for the season we are no longer Ski out.

Great location!

We stayed for two nights, loved that it’s pet friendly - there is a great trail very close by. The location of the Vrbo itself is awesome in regards to the building. Would definitely stay again!

Beaver Run

We were there for a series of alpine races. Location, property and contact manager were all very good! Would certainly rent that unit again when in Breckenridge!

Very nice place to stay

This condo is very nice. Had every that we needed. Great location and amenities. Easy access to hiking trails for us and our dogs.

Great location; attentive unit owners

While the unit wasn't in the best shape in terms of cleanliness (dirty bedding), the owners were very responsive and helped problem solve quickly. Apart from a snafu with the ski locker keys, the rest of our stay was lovely. The unit is located conveniently to the base of Peak 9 and much of the resort amenities like the pool and the arcade.

Ski trip 2023

The Condo was spacious for a couple, clean and kitchen well stocked for cooking. Excellent location for skiing or shopping in town. A+ will return next year.
