If you want a cozy, conveniently located condominium, your search is over. What makes this studio unit different from others is the king size bed and mountain views. This unit appeals to a romantic couple or a family with one or two children wanting to enjoy one of the best locations in Breckenridge. The Village at Breckenridge Resort is ski-in/ski-out property to the QuickSilver ski lift and you are just steps from Main Street, hiking trails and more!
This unit features a king-size bed, as well as a leather queen sleeper sofa to allow the kids to join in the fun as well. This unit is one of the highly desired corner-units which offers more square footage and a quieter environment (away from the elevator/open hallways) than the other studio units.
After a long day of hiking, skiing, or shopping, unwind in the living area with the HDTV with Comcast/Xfinity OnDemand or connect to your personal devices with high-speed WiFi.
Don't forget to recharge for the next fun-filled day by preparing a meal in the equipped kitchen. Recently remodeled with new granite countertops and flooring, you'll find a full suite of appliances and cookware. Start your morning with a pot of coffee. You'll find all the essentials included, such as linens, paper towels, iron, and more. There are various grocery stores walking distance from the unit and the largest grocery store, City Market (parent company Kroger) is just 1/2 mile from the condo.
In The Village at Breckenridge Resort, you'll feel spoiled with amazing amenities located in the same building just an elevator ride away. Amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool, 4 hot tubs, steam room, dry sauna, and workout rooms. Free video games, billiards, etc. and don't forget to reserve the theater room located downstairs in the health club. Washer and Dryers are available on the floor of your unit for extra convenience.
This location is unbeatable! Besides ski in/out access to Quick Silver High Speed Ski Lift to hit the slopes early or easily access hiking trails. Main Street is located just 1/2 block away and filled with art galleries, museums, shops, restaurants, and night life. And across the street, you'll find a stop for Breckenridge's FREE shuttle bus system to take you further throughout town or connect you with FREE bus service to other area resorts including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, or Copper Mountain.
Due to the location of the unit, you do not need a rental car when traveling into Colorado. I recommend taking the shuttle to Breckenridge. Should you have a car, the Village at Breckenridge offers a heated parking garage for guests at a per night fee. Parking costs vary by the time of year. Winter rates are $31/night or $41/night. I own another unit approx. 150 yards to the east. Should I have parking available at this location during the time needed, you can park there for free. Option 3. There is parking nearby at the ice rink. This is serviced by the Breck Free Ride shuttle service allowing you to get back and forth to your car simple and easy.
I can direct you to ski rental discounts and discounts on transportation to/from Denver International Airport via a shuttle (no need to rent a car and be concerned about driving/parking).
No Smoking, No Pets, No Exceptions. This is strictly enforced by the Village at Breckenridge HOA, management, and the owner. When booking this unit, you agree to these house rules.
