Stunning house centrally located - HEART of LA. Close to Venice/Santa Monica/LAX
This peaceful & very PRIVATE house in the safest neighborhood. House is SELF CHECK-IN and GATED, close to Downtown Culver City, The Culver Hotel, Sony, Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, HBO, TikTok, Nike, Beats, Metro a thriving arts district , restraunts and much more. You’ll love my place because the location is tucked away from the busy traffic yet very centrally located. There is a garden and patio that guests are free to lounge in. We are less than 0,5 miles away from to Culver Center: LA fitness, Ralph’s , Starbucks and multiple delicious cafes and restaurants, bars and juice stores. . In addition, the property is within close proximity Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and LAX.

House is perfect for shooting movies/commercials, actors, military personal, families, retreats, airline crew, UCLA students, traveling nurses, traveling professionals, couples or any visitors visiting beautiful Los Angeles. The house offers complete privacy and is within walking distance to a grocery store, pharmacy restaurants and gym. Relax and enjoy yourself and feel at home at our lovely unique house.
This is quite residential neighborhood, WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY GATHERING, PARTIES OR EVENTS! Our community agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. No illegal activity including drug use or underage drinking.
Pet policy:
We allow pets on a case by case basis and reserve the right to refuse. We charge an additional $150 per pet per stay if allowed which goes towards deep cleaning to accommodate future guests who may have allergies. This charge is mandatory no matter what type of animal it is. Please know you must inform us of any pets prior to booking. Please note that charge flat pet fee for only one pet ($150), if you are bringing multiple pets it will be extra charge of $100 per each pet after first one. We are happy to accommodate more than one pet, but there will be extra charge.
Parking:
We offer one parking spot on the driveway and parking pass for the second car. If you have 3rd car you will have to request in advance additional parking pass.
We can host up to 8 people, please NOTE that we have an ADDITIONAL charge for each guest after 4. We DO NOT allow any unregistered guests to be in the unit at anytime! If HOUSE RULES are not followed we reserve the right to terminate your reservation without any refund. This is for our safety and safety of our neighbors.

MAIN HOUSE AND BACK GUEST HOUSE ON THE LOT:
On this lot there is main house and back house. You will have access to the entire house along with the front yard. There is beautiful shared backyard with outdoors kitchen and BBQ. We have big driveway that can accommodate 2 cars, PLEASE NOTE that one parking spot on the driveway is designated for the back house - be mindful when parking. Main house offer one parking space on the driveway and parking pass that will allow second vehicle to be parked on the street. Please remember to return parking pass prior checking out as replacement coast $300
