No DJ / Music equipment, Important! 9pm outdoor quiet hours per City Ordinance, not a "party" house, required by the county and VRBO term of service rules, all homes have this rule in common.
No unauthorized guests ( please state all of your guest, Its 55 per night prior to stay, $90 after. No specialty cashier Checks ,Wire or Western Union for payment , only VRBO payment system ( Credit cards , ATM & Debit only, they have several payment options available) no 3rd party * * Note : SPA fee is per STAY ( 100$) and is required for use of spa. 55 dollar extra guests fee over 5, prior to stay, $90 after for unauthorized or extra guests. Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
We keep things easy. Please just take out the trash and start the dishwasher check for any personal items.
If you've had a large stay and have extra cleaning to do, please just make sure it's generally picked up. As we said, we try to keep things simple.
If anything is damage, it's broken or needs to be repaired. Please feel free to write it in the guest book or message me on my text. Thank you so much!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Spa fee is 100 per stay. Please request PRIOR to stay. Cover at night/ not in use 10 AM check out, $100 fee late checkout per hour.
No grass parking or reverse on street. Trash goes out on Monday night, street sweep every 1st and 3rd Wednesday ;
No DJ/ music outdoors. No smoking indoors / by house. Each quest over 4, $55 per night prior to stay, 90 after for unauthorized or day quests. .

Beautiful home! I say home because both inside and out had everything you have or need at your own place on top of being well decorated and cozy. The house is spacious and lovely, the backyard with the patio, pool and hot tub is oasis like. Kim the owner was responsive when the propane tank was empty and had a full tank to us in 30 minutes. Parking is great and enough for 3 SUV.There is no hairdryer in the house tho, so bring your own.

Kim is extremely responsive, and the house is perfect for our soccer families to come stay twice a year. We will look forward to continuing to stay here. Amazing backyard with the pool and hot tub and many comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms.

Beautiful home with oasis backyard

Needed a spacious home to spend quality time with family who lived nearby and this beautiful home with plenty of bedrooms, seating and dining areas as well as an oasis backyard with a pool and hot tub checked all the boxes and then some! It proved to be the perfect location for my immediate and extended family to enjoy visiting, swimming, eating, bonding and relaxing, especially while soaking in the hot tub. Also, communication with the host was easy, always receiving immediate answers to my questions. I will definitely book here again and recommend to others for their vacations/staycations.

I love meeting new people and sharing our wonderful area and all of the experiences that are available here. I love making new friends! We have a great hiking trail nearby & in the right season it blooms all kinds of flowers. We've had people come all over the world to come for the holidays! The neighborhood is quiet and in the backyard there is a relaxing waterfall, if you are really listening you may even hear sweet little humming birds. Kimberlys is a stunning escape for all kinds!

Why they chose this property

This is a TRULY spectacular home in a quiet beautiful setting, the neighborhood literally has everything you could want, chipotle, Panera, Miguel's Junior, McDonald's, Popeyes, chicken, and many more. We have every Grocery Store you can think of... including a SuperWalmart, Target, car cleaning, and all are less than a few smile(s) away. We are just up the street and around the corner in a quiet, off the path, beautiful neighborhood. There are small, hiking trails, a park with basketball mini gym and playgrounds for kids in the area too!

What makes this property unique

It's HUGE ( almost a mansion!) BUT it's not underwhelming. It's beautiful and classy and delicately decorated.. it's unlike any other home. Sometimes large homes are left bare. Kimberly's is an established home. Built in 2008 it has everything you could possibly need..
I will tell you that almost every guest I've had has said that the pictures do not do the home justice.
We have ADA access, we are one of the only Home in the area that truly do.. on top of that we allow small (under 15lbs) pets with a fee, and have a truly stunning oversize swim spa AND a brand new patio and couch set for the backyard. The lighting is stunning. Even though we ask that yes keep the quiet hours at 9 PM, we are sure that you will find it a beautiful space to hang out with your family or friends. We've had many beautiful stays, come and give us a try you'll see! We are a favorite of large families. We have a barbecue, fire-table and lantern lights at night, it's quite the stunning touch! Come and see, we love and are honored to have you! Wait! I almost forgot! What makes my property unique is that I AM here to help you anytime! If you see something special that you would like for your next stay, that would help make your life easier maybe a kitchen item or extra kitchen spices? Or something's extra? please let me know.
