About this property

A beautifully decorated, spacious two-story townhome with modern amenities, located in the heart of the Cultural District of Fort Worth. The townhome features an upstairs master bedroom with a king size bed, large smart TV, private bathroom with jack & jill vanity, and a large walk-in shower. There are two additional upstairs bedrooms with a shared bathroom to comfortably sleep six adults. This townhome is walking distance to numerous attractions, including Dickies Arena.

Located in the heart of Fort Worth's Cultural District. You are walking distance to Dickies stadium, Will Rogers Coliseum, local museums, local parks, and biking trails. The home is in a safe and friendly neighborhood. Downtown, TCU, and West 7th is less than a 10-minute drive away. Please reach out to me directly for my top recommendations.
The entire space is included in this rental with exception of one supply closet and the rooftop that is locked up. Plenty of closet space in each bedroom for guests belongings.

My top recommendation is to use Uber or Lyft for getting around the city if you do not have access to a vehicle. For the most part, Ubers/Lyfts in Fort Worth tend to be affordable. If you'd like to go to/from Dallas or DFW airport you can also take advantage of the TRE train system which is very affordable. The train will take you to the steps of American Airlines center in Dallas and to several of the DFW terminals.

Great place to stay

Wagyu Sale

Perfect location next to the will rodgers memorial center where we had some Wagyu Genetics on sale. House is great. Clean and with all the conveniences. Communication was fluid and very responsive Likely to stay again next year! Thanks!

Great Ft. Worth Location

The location was perfect for walking over to Dickies Arena, museums, and Will Rogers. We would definitely stay again. The only complaint would be the neighbors had some loud barking dogs. They tended to settle pretty quickly but with all the activity around there, they were stirred up often. The property manager communicated great with me and it was a very easy and smooth check in process and I never doubted he would address any concerns had they come up. I meant to ask about why the roof top was off limits, but we were too busy and the weather wouldn’t have allowed us to use it anyway. There was a nice patio area in the back. The kitchen had everything you would need.
