This is a lovely apartment! Clean, updated and great location! The noise from upstairs (if occupied) is somewhat of a problem, but not enough to keep one from recommending it!

Steps to the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was beautifully redone, very clean and stocked well. Less than a 2 minute walk to the beach and in a fabulous location. The one downside is there is zero sound dampening between you and the unit above you. Meaning we could hear everything from the renters upstairs, down to them using their microwave. If we didn’t have anyone in the other unit I would have zero complaints, but they partied hard the first night we were there and we almost didn’t stay. They left the next day and it was quiet so we stayed. I’d recommend renting the entire house if you stay here, or at least no the people above you because you will know them soon enough lol.
