There are 09 suites, with fine finishing, LED lighting, porcelain floor, lots of natural light, high ceilings, private gym, all in a closed condominium, with 24-hour security, accommodating up to 22 guests.
The living room has a Home Theater and dining table, large windows, allowing plenty of natural light. It also has a pool table and ping-pong, toilet and integrated gourmet kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ice machine. Wonderful outdoor area with swimming pool, shared whirlpool inside the sauna, gas and charcoal grill, private beach, deck and pier.

The property is rented with employees at a daily rate of R$ 250.00 each, not included in the reservation price. Minimum of 03 employees.

NO parties/celebrations/events on the property.
Pets are allowed, subject to prior notice.
The house is limited to 22 (twenty-two) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holder of the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damages occurred during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of law or internal regulation of the condominium.
