The condo was extremely clean and in the perfect location. It looked just like the online pictures. We are already planning to book here again when we come back next year!
Lovely historic condo just a few min away from the slopes and within walking distance of food. High quality fixtures and furnishings. We really enjoyed it.
We came to Ludlow for a family wedding. The town is adorable- cute shops, good restaurants and great scenery. The condo was perfect for all our needs: comfortable beds, great showers and very clean accommodations. Christine was easy to work with and very helpful. I highly recommend this rental!!
We loved our stay. The place was spotless and roomy.
We loved the vibe and decor. It was really close to the mountain. We skiied and then did yoga using Chromecast on the enormous screen. We could walk to dinner. The owner was extremely responsive. Highly recommmend.
Great location - 5 min drive to Okemo clock tower and Jackson Gore bases, also most restaurants. The house is very well done, especially the living area. Stay was comfortable with a group of 8 including 4 kids under 10 yrs. Doors of bathroom and one of the rooms are a bit tight and noisy, and parking can be tricky due to limited spaces shared with a bar but otherwise we loved it and highly recommend!
This clean, comfortable condo is well-situated in the heart of Ludlow, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, a grocery store and retail stores. Parking at the condo was plentiful mid-week and it was a short 5 minute drive to Okemo where the parking is free and a short walk to the clock tower base lodge. The condo is well-equipped with linens, towels, & toiletries. There is a drip coffeemaker with filters provided. The owners are very responsive should you need to communicate with them.

Very old building, great location
The apartment is a nice size with 2 new, clean bathrooms in a very good location. The building is very old and not well kept. I think the owner did the best they could do with decor to make it cozy, however, we were not able to feel comfortable. The 3 stars for cleanliness applies mostly to the floor all else felt like it had been cleaned - it’s a very old wood floor that turns your feet/socks gray within 10 minutes. The flooring is in bad shape and we felt we needed to wear shoes the whole time we were inside. The sheet rock/flooring has several gaps that made you feel exposed to rodents/bugs - to be clear we didn’t see any. We could also hear our upstairs neighbor very well who kept different waking hours than us. My son started to not feel well the day before checkout and we were happy to leave 1 night early.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you appreciated the size and location of the condo, as well as the clean bathrooms. As mentioned in the property description, the building is indeed old—Woolen Mill built in 1854—and some might describe it’s features as having character.
Regarding the floors, they are difficult to maintain since many guests wear their shoes inside while unpacking. When they remove their shoes, their socks pick up the dirt. The floors are cleaned after each guest with Murphy’s oil soap. Unfortunately, nothing in this historic building will look “new” unless it is completely gutted which is not in the spirit of preservation we strive to achieve for this historic landmark. Additionally, due to the flood in Ludlow, like many of the buildings in town, it is still being restored on the outside.
We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced and appreciate your understanding. We are continuously working to address these issues to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests, however, you may be more comfortable staying in new construction for your future stays with VRBO.
The property worked very well for our needs. The bedroom with the double bed was spacious, and the bunk beds worked perfectly for two little ones. However, the primary bedroom was extremely warm (at least 15 degrees hotter than the rest of the unit) as was the primary bath even though it was only 60 degrees outside. We cracked the window and ran fans constantly. The living space and kitchen worked well for our needs. I was disappointed that the deck overlooking the river was closed for construction (i don't recall this being noted in the listing.) One big negative of renting during this time was that it was spring break, and most restaurants, coffee shops, and pizza places were closed in town. I have never experienced this anywhere else before. Normally there would have been several options within walking distance, but there were only 4 dining places open in the entire town during our stay. With the Shaw's grocery store still closed from prior year's flooding, it was virtually a food desert. We specifically chose this location because the the walkable options, and were sad they weren't available.

Cool building, right on main street. Building is undergoing renovation on back porches so some construction material and disruption. The kitchen was not well equiped and needs an update. However, the space is really cool, very open, big bedrooms, decent bedding. Shower is a little small but nice. Good value
