Relax in open concept living with a stunning new kitchen, living room with a cozy stone fireplace, and spacious dining area-all with unobstructed views, in the oceanfront great room!
There are 2 ways to get to the beach from the house. There is an access to the right of the house at the intersection of Surf St and Eagle Ave - a short 3 min. walk on a paved street. There is also access to the left at the intersection of Surf St and Sylvan Ave - a short 2 min. walk on a sandy path.
