Spend an unforgettable vacation in this beautiful vacation home with private swimming pool near Opatija. The property is beautifully landscaped and offers plenty of greenery and a number of amenities such as pool, sun loungers, trampoline and table tennis table. Parking is located in the lower part of the property, from where you can access the house and garden via steps. Enjoy the outdoor hours on the terrace and the fantastic view of the sea and Kvarner Bay. The interiors are spacious, light-filled and air-conditioned. Interior stairs lead from the living area to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The nearest coastal village is the fishing village of Ika, which has a beautiful pebble beach. Nature lovers can visit the Ucka Nature Park, while Lovran and Opatija offer beautiful promenades and good food in excellent restaurants. Inviting beaches can also be found in Medveja and Moscenicka Draga.
