The new renovated 300 year old stone built villa is situated on the slopes of the Učka Nature Park and is only 15 km from the beach. Its geographical location allows a 20-minute access to local towns and beaches along the Est coast of the Istrian peninsula, such as Labin and Moščenička Draga, but also Opatia.
Villa Kurioza is located in the small Istrian village Kurelovići, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, which gives peace and a relaxing atmosphere on the property. It comfortably offers space for six people to sleep in three stylish rooms with air conditioning and private bathroom, plus two more people can sleep in the living room. The villa is ideal for families, with a pool garden and a sports garden in a total of more than 2000m2.
The villa has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen with a small terrace, a living room with plasma TV, the extent to the 30m2 outdoor pool and a terrace upstairs with a romantic panorama. The peculiarity of this villa is the romantic and breathtaking view. The whole villa is covered with WiFi internet.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for an excellent meal, so that you can also pamper your palate. From there you can enjoy your meal by the pool on the covered terrace with quality garden furniture, in the fresh air and in the shade of the wooden canopy. Next to the pool there are beautiful loungers.
In front of the garden it opens the huge green pasture where it is possible to play some sports or just relax and enjoy watching the nearby cows and sheep. Only two families live in the village, who make fantastic local cheese and homemade bread. They are always happy to greet every passer-by and let them taste their products.
