Two living areas for eating and watching TV. Downstairs are two bedrooms, 1 bathroom kitchen and living room. The loft room has 1 futon, 1 sofa bed, a table w/ 4 chairs, a 2nd large screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a 1/2 bath. . This is the best room to gather to watch TV for groups of 4 or more..

We are within walking distance to historic downtown, bakeries, restaurants, fast food, pizza, library, churches, park, playground, public swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, and amphitheater. Nearby waterfalls, state parks, lakes, canoeing, boating, kayaking horseback riding, golf courses and wineries within a few miles.
Walk to Monterey Train Depot Museum and learn about the rich history of the locals and what brought them to the Upper Cumberland Mountains. Learn about the Native Americans that followed the herds of buffalo and even the saber tooth tiger.
