Comfortable, lovingly furnished apartment in a former school with duplex-style overlooking the Harle is waiting for you! The cozy apartment Spatzennest in Ostfriesland near the coast and the popular coastal town of Carolinensiel. It is traditionally furnished and ideal for a family or friends traveling together (up to six people). On a floor space of 55 m² you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The Viking farm lies directly between Wittmund and Carolinensiel and is about 5 kilometers from the coast. The Viking yard was formerly the school building of Altfunnixsiel and owned by the city of Wittmund. Today there are 15 condominiums on this site. The large property (7000qm) with lots of mature trees is located directly on the Harle and invites you to barbecue and relax. Ample parking is available next to the house. A private boat dock makes the Harle accessible and offers fishing and paddle options. The house has a sauna, washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a fee in the coin operation.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 22:00 and departures from 06:00 to 11:00.
