You will enjoy drinking a morning cup of coffee or eating dinner on the screened porch overlooking the water. Just steps from the new Ocean View Park and the Holiday Inn beach access, Bill Smith House is perfect for a family vacation or a weekend getaway. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit is still owned by the original family who built it and maintains a lot of the mid-century charm. (This unit does not have a dishwasher.)

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap. These items will not be replenished during your stay.
