This townhouse is located in Banana Bay, a gated community of brightly colored homes with a private beach on the intracoastal waterway that's perfect for swimming and sunbathing. Also on the grounds are an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a fitness center with a steam room and sauna. Just over a mile down the road, you'll find Perdido Key Beach and Johnson's Beach on the azure Gulf of Mexico.

This home sits at the end of its row, with an enviable position next to the pool, hot tub, and sundeck. It's a delightful, colorful scene to take in from the back patio, where you'll find a gas grill and a high-top table shaded by a tropical umbrella.

The interior is open, airy, and centrally air-conditioned, with a well-equipped kitchen and stainless steel appliances greeting you as you walk through the door. There's a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits, cable TVs in the living room and two bedrooms, and a smart TV in the large sleeping loft upstairs. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
