This is a great home in a convenient location. The summer heat puts a strain on the cooling systems, window coverings would assist keeping some heat out. We enjoyed our stay overall and recommend it for families with pets.

Nice neighborhood. Hot tub worked. Host responded very quick with any questions we had. 3rd floor bedroom is hot during the day but cools down at night, the rest of the house stays cool all day

Everything was good. But it was small things like burnt out light bulbs, no Kleenex, back yard not appealing to go to the hot tub, leaves on the balconies, cobwebs in the windows, no light down at the laundry and a dead mouse by the washing machine. Floor was super cold in the downstairs bathroom and the light would flicker in same bathroom. Great location! Bed clean. Lots of room!

This century old property is located in the prime location of the highly sought after "Paseo District". We love the ease of accessibility to local restaurant and bars and would love to share this hidden gem with the VRBO community! This historic Villa was built in 1912 and received a new facelift in 2022!

What makes this property unique

Our home was recently renovated with a newly designed chef's kitchen, newly updated bathrooms throughout, a new roof, new windows, new doors, updated foundation and still retains its original flooring from 1912!
