A beautiful stone house with pool and garden awaits you in the quiet neighbourhood of Valbandon, near the picturesque town of Faana and the national park on the Brijuni Islands. This is an excellently furnished semi-detached house where classic materials such as stone and wood have been used. Modernly equipped and furnished with great attention to detail, the holiday home offers its guests cosiness and comfort. The living space consists of the ground floor with an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room leads to the upper floor, where there is a bedroom and a bathroom. The second bedroom with its own bathroom is located in the basement. The covered terrace with barbecue is ideal for socialising, while the pool provides refreshment on warm summer days.

Alles in allem ok. Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super und sie hat sich bei Problemen sofort darum gekümmert. Das Ferienhaus ist von den Gebrauchsgegenständen gut ausgestattet. Leider fehlt eine Garderobe und Ablage- sowie Aufhängmöglichkeiten im Bad. Die Liegenauflagen waren zerschlissen und etwas fleckig. Wir haben dreckiges Geschirr in den Schränken vorgefunden. Die Lage ist eher ruhig, gegenüber befindet sich ein Kindergarten.

Wir sind bei der Ankunft durch die Mitarbeiterin sehr freundlich begrüßt worden. Das Ferienhaus war bei der Übergabe in einem sehr sauberen Zustand und wir konnten auch zwei Stunden früher das Haus beziehen.Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und bietet reichlich Platz für 4 Personen. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet incl. Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Drei Klimaanlagen sorgten für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Pool wird zweimal die Woche gereinigt.Nach einer Woche wurden die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher getauscht. Frau Bilic spricht sehr gut deutsch und war jederzeit zu erreichen.Einziger Minuspunkt, die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht richtig und müsste erneuert werden.Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnlage und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen.Der Hundestrand (bei Bi-Village) ist 1.500 Meter entfernt, bietet eine Rasenfläche, einen Kieselstrand und eine Hundedusche.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal dort und das Haus ist sehr schön. Der Empfang durch Anita und Stela sowie die Sauberkeit sind super. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Man ist schnell am Strand, in Fazana, im Supermarkt oder in Pula. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und werden sicher wieder buchen.
