Fully remodeled one bedroom, one bath, lakefront property with breathtaking views. Over-sized screened in porch with plenty of seating for relaxing with your morning coffee or for an afternoon nap. Upgraded kitchen with all new appliances and fully stocked for any meal prep needs. Upgraded bedroom includes a king size bed with top of the line bedding and mattress. Living room includes an additional twin size daybed. No Pets Allowed.

You will have your own private dock on a secluded 35 acre stocked lake. Outdoor amenities include fishing gear, 2 kayaks, fire pit, charcoal grill (charcoal provided).

Peaceful and relaxing.

Great stay, enjoyed the lake view and location, away from everything. Quiet little neighborhood with walkable road. Will definitely be back.

Weekend Get Away

Gloria was great to work with. The rental was extremely clean and easy to find. There is a lot to do just at the rental to spend quality time with your family. We will definitely be looking for a return trip. Highly recommended!

Just Perfect

Stayed here for a quick anniversary weekend trip. We had such a great time! Location is quiet and beautiful. The cottage is just perfect. I can’t say enough great things about it. I highly recommend and we can’t wait to stay again!

Relax @The Blue Heron

The host is great, the cabin is great, and the deck overlooking the water is large, fully screened, and furnished. The Blue Heron is in a very quiet location and is ideal for just relaxing. I'm not really into birdwatching, but there is a large variety of birds to watch. I've never seen a kingfisher fishing before, so that was kind of fun to watch. The only downside is that there is no WiFi, so you may need to rely on a mobile hotspot. Apart from that, I highly recommend The Blue Heron - the host has put a lot of time and effort into making it a great vacation rental.
